Digicash is the Luxembourg retail banks’ (BCEE, BGL BNP Paribas, BIL, POST Finance, ING) mobile payment scheme. It was designed and developed from scratch by Digicash Payments SA, a regulated payment institution holding a EU licence that was established back in 2012 by the founders of Finologee.

In 2017, the company was acquired by Payconiq, the Belgian/Dutch mobile payment operator backed by ING Group and KBC Group. The product has more than 100’000 users (>20% of the population) and processes several hundreds of millions of euros of transactions value a year.

Today, technical platform operations, system and apps development, as well as merchant/bank connectivity and payment triggering devices and implementation are handled by Finologee on behalf of Payconiq.

FinologeeAPI is a carefully selected list of microservices/APIs that will enable the design and deployment of new products or processes in an effective way. On top of APIs, Finologee we also provide a services layer for tailor-made implementations, advisory and custom service levels.

The platform is integrated and exposed via Finologee’s bank-grade trusted platform (based on IBM’s API Connect) and secure infrastructure under a ‘PSF de Support’ licence.

It works with both standard and custom SLAs and a comprehensive customer care service layer, with our in-house team.
