Manage, automate, route and supervise your payment and bank-data flows with the Finologee Banking Orchestrator – a compliant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that centralises connectivity to all bank accounts held across your banking partners.

It streamlines payment execution and asset-data exchange, enabling end-to-end automation while maintaining robust operational control, traceability and oversight.

icon location

Built for multi-bank environments, the Finologee Banking Orchestrator provides a single integration and orchestration layer that absorbs differences in formats, channels and bank-specific requirements.

It supports standardised and bespoke connectivity models, allowing institutions to scale to new banks, new use-cases and new geographies without rebuilding core processes.

This reduces integration complexity, improves consistency of execution and accelerates rollout
of new banking capabilities.

The platform embeds governance and security controls throughout the workflow lifecycle – from role-based access management and approval chains to complete audit trails and operational reporting. Institutions gain clear visibility on processing status, exceptions and risk indicators, with the ability to intervene or remediate when needed.

Operated on Finologee’s regulated infrastructure, the Banking Orchestrator is designed to support resilience and compliance expectations for critical operational services.

The components

Centralised banking workspace
and counterparty management

Once connected, the Finologee Banking Orchestrator becomes the central workspace to manage bank accounts, counterparties and payment flows across all connected banking partners. Users maintain a governed counterparty directory (beneficiaries and payers), initiate credit transfers and structure payment instructions with consistent data quality and traceability.

Payment instructions can be created directly in the interface, uploaded in bulk using standardised templates, or injected from upstream systems through APIs (e.g. ERP or TMS). Each instruction is validated and routed through configurable approval and signature workflows, ensuring that authorisations follow the organisation’s internal control model and signatory rules.

After authorisation, the platform routes transactions to the selected account-holding bank through the configured connectivity channel and provides end-to-end monitoring. Users can track status from initiation to bank execution, manage exceptions, and generate audit-grade reports covering every step, action and approval. Consolidated transaction views, statements and balance visualisations support daily operations, reconciliation and oversight.

Capacity highlights

The Finologee Banking Orchestrator (formerly known as LYNKS) provides a single operational layer for payments and bank-data flows.

It supports both direct operation and delegated execution models, as well as customer-facing portal setups where end-users interact with the platform under a controlled governance framework. Across all configurations, FinologeeBNK abstracts the underlying bank-connectivity channels and formats, so users benefit from one consistent experience – regardless of which banks are connected or how each bank is technically reached. The platform also supports high-volume account reporting retrieval, data transformation and oversight across large multi-bank account estates.

Channel-agnostic connectivity
to virtually any bank

Connect once and operate uniformly across banking partners. FinologeeBNK handles the underlying connectivity channels and message formats (e.g. SWIFT, EBICS, SFTP or other bank-specific setups), keeping this complexity fully transparent for users and enabling connectivity to accounts held at one or multiple banks.

Portal-ready, multi-entity
and multi-tenant segregation

Operate multiple entities, customer environments or client structures from a single platform while keeping data, permissions and workflows strictly segregated per tenant. This supports portal use cases and complex organisational models without commingling data or access.

Controlled access, delegation and validation workflows

Support operating models where activities are executed by different parties under defined controls, including optional access for initiation, validation, approval or oversight. Governance can include multi-user validation steps and documented decision trails where required.

Integration with any
ERP, TMS or end-point

Embed the platform into existing operating models through APIs and standardised imports. Payment instructions and reference data can be generated upstream and processed through FinologeeBNK with consistent validation, authorisation and traceability.

API-first automation and straight-through processing

Enable end-to-end automation by integrating initiation, enrichment, workflow triggers and status feedback into your processes. Automation can be configured to match your control model, including scenarios where approvals remain mandatory and workflows require internal validation steps.

Funds and asset services

Funds, management companies and asset services rely on a single orchestration layer to industrialise multi-bank operations across complex structures. The platform centralises account connectivity, payment execution and bank-data flows while enforcing strict segregation between funds, compartments and underlying clients. It supports controlled operating models where a servicer runs day-to-day processing and clients may be granted optional access for initiation, validation, approvals or oversight, depending on governance and delegation arrangements.

Life insurers

For life insurers, the primary value often lies in high-volume account reporting retrieval across a broad network of custodian and account-holding banks, combined with transformation of that information into consistent datasets for oversight and downstream processes. By centralising statement and reporting flows and standardising formats, the solution strengthens monitoring, reconciliation and operational visibility across large multi-bank account estates. Payment capabilities can be activated where required, but the core focus is frequently on data consolidation, transformation and control.

icon drawers

Corporates and institutions

Treasury and finance teams use the platform to centralise operations across multiple banks, streamline payment initiation and approval workflows, and maintain end-to-end visibility over execution. It reduces fragmentation between bank portals and internal systems by providing one consistent workflow layer, with integration options for ERP or TMS environments and support for automation where appropriate. Multi-entity governance is embedded, helping groups enforce consistent approval rules and operational controls across accounts, entities and geographies.

icon bank

Banks

In a bank context, the solution serves as a customer portal for institutional and/or corporate clients, enabling payment initiation, reporting access and operational oversight on accounts held at the bank – and, optionally, on accounts held at other banks. The setup supports strict segregation per customer and can embed governance steps such as validation workflows performed by one or more bank users before execution, when the operating model requires it, e.g. with depositary banks. This allows banks to deliver a consistent digital experience while extending services beyond channel-specific constraints.
